It is easy to get with us as we ship all over the UK and deliver direct to your door. We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery Service, and it requires signature on arrival. We dispatch your parcels Monday to Friday. Please note, our couriers do not operate on Bank Holidays and our online team are off Saturday and Sunday.



We will Pay for your standard delivery charge. If item is Returned only then we will deduct £4.50 as standard delivery charge.Our standard delivery service arrives in 2-4 working days. It requires signature on arrival* In busy times it could take slightly longer for delivery of your items. 



We use Royal Mail 1st class Signed for Service for UK standard delivery. Our standard delivery service arrives in 2-4 working days. It requires signature on arrival*.



Order before 1pm and Monday-Thursday for next day delivery. We use Royal Mail Next Day Signed for Service, it requires signature on arrival*.



If Ordered Before 2PM UK Main Land ONLY. We use Royal Mail Saturday Signed for Service, it requires signature on arrival*.

*All custom charges are payable by customers for all international deliveries.

Important Notification: All delivery times are estimated  and given by Royal mail. Delays are possible however very unlikely.

*International Delivery Can Take anywhere between 1 to 8 Weeks Time, Depending On Where You live. We Dispatch Item Same Day During Working hours Via Royal Mail Secure n Trusted International Track N Trace Service.   

*All our delivery options requires signature on arrival, if no one at address at time of delivery, it will be returned to the nearest royal mail depot. You will have to collect it from there.



Not you? No problem, you can return any item for a refund with in 14days of receiving it.

All it needs is Items in its original condition with all tags intact and its original unused condition.

Please note before making purchase, due to current circumstances involving covid-19, allow up to 30 working days for us to process your return and refund.

Your bank/Payment Provider may take 7-14 working days to show refund into your account. Once we refund the transaction We do not have any control over the speed of Refund processed by your Bank/Payment Provider.

How Do I Return An Item?

Easy as 123.. Simply enclose invoice /receipt you received with the item or just write down your full name and contact details along with order number and date you bought and send it to: ...................... {Adress Where Client must back product}

We recommend you send us returns via secure delivery,obtain and keep copy of proof of postage when returning items to us.

We Do Not Offer Free Returns.

PLEASE NOTE- Be careful when trying our gorgeous items on, we cannot offer any refunds for any marked garments with fake tans makeup or anything else, items been washed or tags removed. We Do Not Offer Exchanges. Refunds only.

The item must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. These goods will be returned back to the customer and the customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made, the goods will unfortunately be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be careful when trying on so this process can be avoided. 

Make Sure You Include your ORDER NUMBER or Your Full Name and Address with your returned item.This is very vital info inorder to process your return quickly.
